Carol’s passion and calling have revolved around teaching numerous homestead topics including preserving and fermenting foods. She has also produced all-natural skin care products for many years. Carol has been teaching Plant Medicine for over thirty years to organizations in multiple states.
Her homestead is in Goodlettsville, Tennessee on thirteen acres. The homestead is a botanical sanctuary that houses medicinal at-risk plants for healing the body, mind, and soul. She lives on Native American land…which is very meaningful since she has Cherokee, Apache, and Blackfoot Indian in her ancestry.
