This cooking class shows you how to prepare the old time yummy pot roast with potatoes, carrots and onions in a cast iron dutch oven….and then we will devour the recipe! Searing and seasoning is the key to the best beef roast. We will also check out some tried and true cornbread recipes in a cast iron skillet and in a corn bread stick pan.
During the cooking class you will also learn how to care for your cast iron so it will last you for decades…real sustainable cooking! Food will not stick in cast iron that is properly cared for…and it’s really easy.
