The smell of fresh-baked bread is hard to resist…especially sourdough bread!  Have you always wanted to learn how to make your own Sourdough Bread and Cinnamon Rolls that you can serve at family gatherings or create a gift for a deserving friend? Leigh Funderburk will show you how to feed your starter, mix your dough, pan it out (loaf/rolls) or roll it out (cinnamon rolls), and then bake it to perfection….every step.  It’s an easy recipe for success and takes only 48 hours to get that irresistible flavor.   You can taste-test sourdough bread and cinnamon rolls in the class and talk about some variations with the flour and ingredients (like herbs).  Join her at Stoney Creek Farm for a 90-minute class that will change your perception of bread-making.
