Jennifer Stowe has always been interested in health and so it was no surprise when she became a registered nurse. That was many years ago and her interest in health has grown to include herbalism, organic gardening and the many varied health benefits of tea. Receiving intensive training from tea masters in the US and internationally, she has been in awe of all the healthful properties found in the Camellia Sinensis plant and has set out to educate the public about the “drink that cheers.” 5 years ago she opened a tearoom in which she hosts afternoon teas featuring healthy, organic tea treats. She teaches tea education classes and hosts tea tastings all over Middle TN. Recently she founded the Mid-TN Tea Association which promotes tea travel within the USA and sponsored the first ever Mid-TN Tea Expo in Cornersville, TN in September 2018.
When she is not teaching about tea, she is writing about it! Currently she has four books published on the subject with more in the works. Visit her author page on Amazon to read about these titles.
