If you enjoy dairy products from the grocery store, but may be concerned about the questionable ingredient list of preservatives, dyes, and extra sugar that seem to be in most of them, then this class is for you!  Culturing dairy is one of the easiest processes for even busy moms to accomplish at home…AND you control the ingredients to keep them healthy.  Let Terri Taylor, from Taylor Family Farms, teach you the art of culturing dairy from whole milk, just like your grandparents did.

About Terri Taylor
Terri is the co-owner of the Taylor Family Farm with her husband, John.  They have raised and homeschooled 9 children on their homestead of 17 years in Ethridge Tennessee while operating a thriving dairy and meat business which delivers all over Middle Tennessee. All of their products are non-GMO, organic and pasture raised because their homestead business feeds the family too.  Talk about a busy mom!  If anyone can show you how easy it is to culture dairy for home use…Terri is the expert.

While she grew up with knowledge of healthy eating and food sensitivities from her own experiences growing up, Terri’s further learning continued to increase as her oldest daughter was born with gluten intolerance (when it wasn’t even a thing) from compromised gut health. That really helped her learn more about gut health and the importance of fermenting nourishing foods.

About Taylor Family Farm
Nestled in beautiful middle Tennessee, they raise 100% non-gmo, grass-fed beefpastured chicken and pork on the cozy family farm. The Taylors believe in healthy food, healthy people, and a  healthy community. That’s why they have chosen to farm and feed our local neighbors, and surrounding communities including you! Everything they grow is raised with love and care to ensure the highest quality and nutrition for their customers. All ration fed animals are fed our 100% non-gmo feed milled on the farm.
