May – Spring Foraging Class

Have you ever eaten a dandelion? Or tasted the delicious, sweet flowers of a Spring redbud tree?  This foraging class is designed to provide you with a solid introduction to safe and sustainable foraging for springtime wild edibles.  You’ll learn about Spring greens, edible flowers, and Spring tonics.
