SUMMARY:How to Make Kombucha\, the Healthy Tea
DESCRIPTION:How to make Kombucha\, the Healthy Tea\nwith Jennifer Stowe of Stowe Hollow Farms\n \nSaturday\, July 27th\, 10 am – 12 noon\nCost $35\, which includes all instructions\, a scoby\, organic tea and sugar to make your first batch of Kombucha \n\n\n\n \nWhy spend large amounts of money on Kombucha at the grocery store\, when you can easily make your own\, for pennies on the dollar.  Learn about the healthy benefits of Kombucha brewed tea and why it boosts your metabolism and helps you develop a healthy gut! \nBio \n\nJennifer Stowe has always been interested in health and so it was no surprise when she became a registered nurse. That was many years ago and her interest in health has grown to include herbalism\, organic gardening and the many varied health benefits of tea. Receiving intensive training from tea masters in the US and internationally\, she has been in awe of all the healthful properties found in the Camellia Sinensis plant and has set out to educate the public about the “drink that cheers.” 5 years ago she opened a tearoom in which she hosts afternoon teas featuring healthy\, organic tea treats. She teaches tea education classes and hosts tea tastings all over Middle TN. Recently she founded the Mid-TN Tea Association which promotes tea travel within the USA and sponsored the first ever Mid-TN Tea Expo in Cornersville\, TN in September 2018.\nWhen she is not teaching about tea\, she is writing about it! Currently she has four books published on the subject with more in the works. Visit her author page on Amazon to read about these titles.
